New Identity Theft Shield members in the US now have the opportunity to view their credit report online! This opportunity is available to any member who became an Identity Theft Shield member as of January 15, 2009. These members will receive a welcome email with a link to www.shieldactivate.com. This will allow them quick and easy online enrollment!

If the member prefers, they can contact Identity Theft Customer Care at 888-494-8519, or by email at identitytheft@pplsi.com, to learn how to receive their credit report and monitoring through the mail.

There is also an enrollment form found on Docs on Demand on Members Only and Associates Only, which can be completed and faxed to Customer Care to receive the credit report and monitoring by mail.
