Associate numbers and PIN numbers now available via automated IVR system
Pre-Paid Legal Services announced today that Associate numbers and PIN numbers can now be obtained via the automated IVR phone system. Associates can learn their Associate number (for a paper application, for example) or their PIN number (to set up eService) without having to speak to a live customer service representative during regular business hours as was formerly required. Here is the official announcement from the corporate office:
“We have exciting news! New Associates can now receive their assigned Associate and pin number through the IVR system once their Associate Agreement is processed. Rather than wait to call during normal business hours, Associates can call the IVR system anytime at 800-699-9004 to access the information. The new Associate must be calling from a phone number listed on their Associate Agreement and then enter the social SSN, SIN or tax ID used on their Associate application. If the system finds the match the information will be provided. If the system does not find a match, the call will be routed to a Marketing Services consultant for assistance. Please note, if calling the IVR system outside the hours of 7 am CT and 7 pm CT live assistance will not be available for those instances where the system cannot make a match. Make sure to give all your new recruits this information when you sign them up and help them get their business off the ground even faster.”
