Two ways to move up the compensation plan

Mar 17th, 2010Comments Off

Did you know there are two ways to advance through our compensation plan? It’s true. You can advance through either recruiting or production.

In our presentations, we show how our “Fast Start” program allows you to move from “Junior Associate” to “Senior Associate” by signing up one Associate (with Membership). That’s a very strong incentive to bring in your first recruit! But sometimes, Associates sign up a Membership before they sign up an Associate. They can still move up!

The home office sent an email today reminding us that effective January 1, 2010, associates (small “s”),

“. . .can advance from Jr. Associate to Associate with ONE personal membership counter.” And, “an associate can advance to Sr. Associate with FIVE personal membership counters AND completing either Group or Small Business Qualification.”

For most associates, it’s better to advance with a new recruit, but everyone should know there is another way.

While we’re on the subject, associates can move to Manager with 100 organizational counters and to Director with 250 organizational counters (not counting more than 200 from any one leg). This is important to show insurance agents or those who want to work the employee benefits market, for example, and might not want to recruit.
