You probably know that David Bryd is Team Freedom’s leadership development coach. He works with the Executive Directors, coaching them and helping them develop themselves and their Pre-Paid Legal business.

As part of his coaching, Mr. Byrd introduced the Executive Directors to the concept of a “Next Level Accountability Call” and most of the EDs are now conducting them. These calls are designed to help Associates reach the “next level” in their business by holding themselves accountable to their fellow Associates and their upline Executive Director.

If you’re not participating in a “Next Level” call, talk to your ED. Find out what is involved and, if you’re ready, ask to participate. These calls will help you grow, as they harness the power of accountability, one of the key elements to effectiveness and growth.
