Our event is less than a month away & there are some very important details that must be tended to.

RETREAT REGISTRATION INCREASES ON JULY 1, 2010!

On Sunday evening, June 27th, the Palm Springs Registration list on the Team site will be updated. Please go to the site & look for your name prior to the rate increase on July 1 ($135/person).

Get your Registration today prior to the rate increase.  Online Registration closes on July 12. The price goes to $155/person at the door on July 15.

OVERFLOW HOTEL INFORMATION:

Overflow Hotel is at the Courtyard Palm Desert by Marriott, 74895 Frank Sinatra Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211

Rate: $75/night, plus tax. You can only book a maximum of 2 rooms per person.

GOLF–REGISTRATION ON THE TEAM WEBSITE.

Join some of the Team Freedom Ring Earner’s and participate in our annual golf tournament.  This is your chance to associate and have fun with many of Team Freedom’s Ring Earners and top leaders.
Date:  Thursday, July 15
Tee Time:  7AM
Registration Fee:  $65/person (go to www.goteamfreedom.com, click on Events to register)

KIDS KLUB:

We have organized the Kids Klub program for your children while you are in training on Friday & Saturday (July 16 & 17) from 9:30am-4:30pm. These are special hours the hotel is offering for Team Freedom Retreat attendees based on our General Session hours. This will allow ample time for you to drop off/pick up your children prior to & immediately following our event.

The Kids Klub program is for kids ages 4-12, the cost is $90/child-any second or more siblings would be $80. Parents, you must be on property at all times while your child is enrolled in Kids Klub. This is in case of emergency. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect.

The Kids Klub program consists of Arts & Crafts, Lunch & 2 snacks, an outdoor activity (weather permitting) & games.

Contact 760-341-2211, ask for Concierge. Mention “Team Freedom” when booking your Kids Klub reservation.

Lastly, you will pick up your wristbands at the event. Nothing will be mailed. I will specify location in the hotel as the date gets near.
