We’re in the last week of September and everyone is scrambling to take advantage of the September promotions:

1. Drive to Director“: (get to Director with three front-line Associates and only two Manager legs)
2. $72 Associate promotion (or, $39 if you signed up  three Memberships this month or in the August promotion.)

After hearing the exciting announcements in Dallas about the forthcoming changes to the compensation plan, everyone is doing the best to get to the Director level or, if they are Director, to create as many new Directors as possible. In case you haven’t heard, Pre-Paid Legal announced some amazing changes to the compensation plan, effective November 1, 2010, whereby everyone will be paid more at every level.

In the new comp plan, you’ll notice the two columns on the left. Those are bonuses that will be paid when new Associates “Fast Start Qualify”. Here’s just one example: If you are a Director and you sign up one new Associate and help them Fast Start Qualify, you will earn $658!

That’s ridiculous!

Team Freedom has unveiled a new tool to help you build your business. It is a voicemail replay box that’s filled with short (mostly four-minute) messages by leaders with different backgrounds. The idea is to “three-way” prospects into one of these boxes or extensions, so they can hear a brief message from someone they can relate to. Then, you can get them to a full exposure (DVD, video, briefing, etc.) to hear the whole story.

Don’t give out the number because your prospects won’t know which extension to dial; three-way them into the message. That way, you know they’ve heard it and you can immediately find out if they are interested in hearing more!
