The countdown to November comp plan changes has begun!

Oct 4th, 2010Comments Off

On November 1, 2010, Pre-Paid Legal will shift from the current compensation plan to a new plan, the primary feature of which is more money paid out at all levels. The company will be paying out bonuses for Associates who “Fast Start Qualify,” defined as signing up one Associate and three Memberships (or five Memberships) within forty-five days of inception, and attending a class. The sponsor is eligible for a bonus and so is their upline.

These bonuses can add up to a lot of (new) money for Associates at every level, but the bonuses are only one way Associates will earn more. Starting November 1, getting promoted will require more production (Memberships), and even though it’s not a lot more, even a little more production throughout an organization can add up to a lot. And so, in addition to bonuses, Associates and their upline will be earning more in overrides.

In fact, some people are predicting we’ll see a lot more Associates able to go “full time” as a result of the added income the new plan provides.

Now you know why everyone is so excited!

Associates are getting ready for the coming changes by recruiting and building their teams so that when November 1 arrives, they (a) are at the highest level possible and (b) they have the biggest team possible.

Every Associate, no matter how new they might be, is encouraged to shoot for the Director level this month. (When you see how much money is on the table at that level, you’ll know why.) And, if an Associate is currently a Director, they are encouraged to work with their team to help as many of them get to Director, too.

So the game plan for this month is to. . .

GET TO DIRECTOR!

This document shows you what to do.
